Job summary

PULSE MENA is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for our fully remote support team. You will be the primary contact for customers, resolving questions, guiding through products, and ensuring a positive experience.

You should be an excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple inquiries independently while collaborating with the team. Prior service experience and a remote-work mindset are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, orders, accounts, billing, and company procedures.
• Listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions when necessary.
• Resolve complaints and difficult situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow up with customers when additional information or action is required.
• Ensure customers receive clear and complete answers to their questions.
