Job summary

PULSE MENA is seeking a highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will enter, update, and organize data across company systems with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates will have excellent keyboarding, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Experience with Excel/Sheets and CRM systems is a plus. Remote work is supported with flexible options.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other digital platforms.
• Review source documents and verify information before entry.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and files.
• Perform regular data quality checks for completeness and accuracy.
• Convert information from emails, PDFs, and forms into structured digital records.
• Update existing customer, employee, inventory, or financial data as required.
• Assist with data cleanup, formatting, sorting, and basic spreadsheet management.
• Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data.
