Job summary

PULSE MENA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrative professional to join our remote team. You will enter, update, and organize company information across digital systems, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong attention to detail, and consistency in data quality. Experience with spreadsheets, CRM, and cloud-based tools is desirable for success in a remote setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Data entry or administrative experience preferred.
Strong computer and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

Enter information into databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other platforms.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entry.
Update existing records and keep information current.
Identify and correct data entry errors and duplicates.

Perform data quality checks and routine audits.
Assist with generating basic reports and summaries from data.
