Lever, Inc. is seeking an Admin/Business Support based in Saudi Arabia for a part-time remote role focused on supporting business development through structured outbound outreach and partnership appointment setting.

You will contact branding and web-design agencies, build rapport over the phone, manage logs in Google Sheets, and pass qualified opportunities to the client. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound cold-calling experience required.
• Strong spoken English with native or near-native fluency.
• Experience handling objections and building rapport with prospects.
• Experience managing lead tracking and outreach records.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to branding and web-design agencies.
• Introduce partnership opportunities and set qualified appointments.
• Follow scripts while adapting conversations to prospects’ needs.
• Handle objections and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Maintain call logs and track outreach outcomes in shared systems.
• Provide regular updates on volume, conversations, and results.
