division50 is seeking a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build a pipeline of qualified web development and redesign opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
You will identify startups and SMEs, engage with senior decision-makers, and book discovery meetings for the sales team, while maintaining CRM hygiene and pursuing a targeted approach.
This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a part-time, results-driven environment and want long-term collaboration.
We’re hiring a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build a consistent pipeline of qualified web development and website redesign opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
This is not a high-volume, spray-and-pray outreach role. We’re looking for someone who can identify the right companies, understand potential gaps in their digital presence, and start relevant conversations with decision-makers.
Your primary responsibility is to prospect, qualify, and book meetings for the sales team.
You are not responsible for closing deals or managing projects. Your focus is creating qualified sales opportunities.
Success in this role is not measured purely by outreach volume.
We care about relevant conversations and qualified opportunities.
A successful SDR consistently identifies companies with genuine web development or redesign potential, reaches the right decision-makers, and converts those conversations into qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
1–3+ years of experience in a B2B SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Outbound Sales role.
Proven experience with outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
Previous experience selling or generating leads for web development, web design, digital marketing, creative agencies, SaaS, or other digital services is strongly preferred.
Experience targeting and communicating with senior decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Heads of Marketing.
Strong ability to research companies and identify potential website, digital presence, UX/UI, or redesign opportunities.
Ability to personalize outreach rather than relying only on generic high-volume sequences.
Proven ability to qualify prospects and book relevant discovery meetings.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Comfortable with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email outreach tools, and prospecting platforms.
Organized and disciplined with follow-ups, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a part-time, target-driven environment.
Experience prospecting companies in Saudi Arabia or the GCC market is a strong advantage.
