Almarai is seeking a Regional Training Officer (Sales) in Hafr Al-Batin to support the Regional Training Manager by delivering classroom and on-the-job training to boost operations and performance across teams.

The successful candidate will hold a diploma or undergraduate degree, have 3 years of training or supervisory experience, and possess strong English, coaching, analytical and presentation skills, plus a collaborative team mindset.

About the Role:

To support the Regional Training Manager to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills; knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.

Requirements:
