Job summary

Almarai invites applications for a supervisory role within our poultry/quality team. The successful candidate will organize and assist shifts to meet production plans, ensure defined quality standards and budgetary controls, and motivate staff to operate safely and efficiently.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, strong knowledge of ISO 9000 and Quality Management Systems, and 3–5 years in a poultry or food environment with ISO experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and Quality Management Systems.
• 3–5-year experience in supervisory position in poultry or food environment and quality.
• Previous experience in ISO standard.
• Work experience in poultry plant.
• Exposure to hygiene standards.
• Strong compliance with rules and regulations.
• Team player and cooperative.

About the Role:
