Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Depot/Logistics role focusing on maintaining stock levels at depots, enforcing quality and safety standards, and leading depot staff to meet performance targets.

You will implement depot operating procedures, ensure cold-chain integrity in loads and warehouses, and maintain hygiene and date-code compliance while coordinating with multiple teams to minimize losses and optimize supply flow.

About the Role:

To ensure required stock level in Depots with minimal Depot Loss, maintain villa & depot hygiene, implementation of Depot Operating Procedure, adhering recommended Quality and Safety standard by monitoring the activities and performance of the staff reporting to him, by keeping the staff reporting to him motivated.

• Maintain Depot Stock Level.
• Implement correct product handling standards are in the vehicle loads and warehouse storing.
• Implementing Cold Chain Management in all vehicles before and during loading as well as cold stores to meet the Quality Standards.
• Ensuring Depot hygiene and Cleanliness to meet the Company standards.
• Adherence to Date Code Policy to meet the Company policies.

Requirements:

• Must be holding bachelor’s degree.
• Familiar with Supply Chain industry (Logistics).
• Able to deal with large numbers of tasks.
• Must have competencies such as: Knowledge of logistics operation, meeting deadlines, flexible, methodical.
