Job summary

Almarai is seeking a QSHE professional to enforce regional management systems compliance across the GCC region. You will implement strategies, standard policies, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environment.

Responsibilities include conducting internal audits, root-cause analysis, managing incidents, and coordinating with municipalities, suppliers, and customers. You will deliver technical training and help minimize business risks while upholding Almarai's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• NEBOSH Diploma or CMIOSH preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong communication.
• Experience with ISO/HACCP implementation.
• Strong risk assessment and root cause analysis.

About the Role:

To enforce compliance of the QSHE management systems within the region to satisfy the needs of consumers and customers by implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies and procedures.

• Assist in Implementing (QSHE) Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Management System to meet and exceed the customer and consumer expectations.
• Assist with the identification of business risks along with the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to minimize any potential serious threats to business.
• Carry out internal audits across all regional functions in line with the QSHE management systems, identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations for suitable corrective actions.
• Assist in the incident investigations by conducting root cause analysis, implement suitable corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, recalls and Municipality issues.
• Conduct Regional technical training across all functional staffs with regards to QSHE strategies, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must be holding bachelor's degree.
• NEBOSH Diploma or Occupational Health and Safety (CMIOSH).
• Fluency in English & Excellent Communication Skills.
• Experienced in ISO/HACCP implementation.
• Must have competencies such as: Competent in risk assessment process, Technical Report writing skill, Problem solving skills and root cause analysis, Excellent communication and influencing skills, Self-driven, result oriented.
