Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager – Al Kharj, KSA, to ensure safe, compliant products by uphold­ing quality systems and driving improvement across hygiene, GMP and cold‑chain.

Requirements: Bachelor's in food science/chemistry/microbiology or related field; 5+ years in QA/food safety; investigations leadership; root‑cause analysis; audits; bilingual Arabic & English; MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/food safety in FMCG.
• Proven experience leading investigations into complaints, incidents and deviations.
• Experience with root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Experience conducting internal audits/inspections and supporting external audits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic & English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

About the Role:

Senior Team Manager – Al Kharj, KSA

Core Purpose of the job:

To ensure consistent delivery of safe, compliant, and customer-approved products by maintaining site quality systems, investigating and closing complaints/non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement across hygiene, GMP, and cold-chain operations.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Food Safety, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in leading investigations related to customer complaints, food safety incidents, and quality deviations on products and raw materials.
• Experience in root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Experience conducting internal audits/inspections and supporting external/customer audits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excell, Word, etc).
