Almarai is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Hoffuf, Saudi Arabia to maintain stock levels at depots, implement proper handling, and oversee cold chain operations across vehicles and warehouses.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong English, and familiarity with the logistics/Supply Chain industry. You will ensure depot hygiene, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks with a methodical, flexible approach in a fast-paced, global business environment.

About the Role:

To ensure required stock level in Depots with minimal Depot Loss, maintain villa & depot hygiene, implementation of Depot Operating Procedure, adhering recommended Quality and Safety standard by monitoring the activities and performance of the staff reporting to him, by keeping the staff reporting to him motivated.

1. Maintain Depot Stock Level.
2. Implement correct product handling standards are in the vehicle loads and warehouse storing.
3. Implementing Cold Chain Management in all vehicles before and during loading as well as cold stores to meet the Quality Standards.
4. Ensuring Depot hygiene and Cleanliness to meet the Company standards.
5. Adherence to Date Code Policy to meet the Company policies.

Requirements:

• Must be holding bachelor’s degree.
• English Fluency.
• Familiar with Supply Chain industry (Logistics).
• Able to deal with large numbers of tasks.
• Must have competencies such as: Knowledge of logistics operation, meeting deadlines, flexible, methodical.
