A leading global beauty retailer is seeking a Retail Manager for their Riyadh location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across stores. They will lead the implementation of retail strategies while fostering a culture of excellence and compliance. This role requires a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in retail or a related industry and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in sales, operations, and/or services within the beauty/retail/hospitality industry.
• Comprehensive beauty industry knowledge, up to date on trends and latest products.
• You are an English speaker (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of sales and KPI performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and drive sales and profitability.
• Lead by example in driving service culture within stores.
