Qualifications

Retail management experience with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead the engagement and development of store teams; set staffing levels and training plans.
Drive customer satisfaction and a welcoming store atmosphere; resolve issues promptly.
Oversee merchandising and in-store presentation with Visual Merchandisers.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws, safety policies and adidas standards; oversee stock controls.
Support store openings/closures with Real Estate and Store Development teams.
Monitor district financial targets, review monthly P&L, and manage costs.
