Adidas Group is expanding its Saudi Arabian retail footprint with a Store Manager role in Majmaa, Riyadh Region. The position oversees daily store operations, drives sales, and leads a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, global sports brand environment.

Ideal candidates will have retail management experience, strong communication skills in English (Arabic preferred), and a customer-centric, sales-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience or strong retail background.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Arabic preferred).
• Strong customer-centric mindset with sales-driven focus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of store KPIs, merchandising, and operational procedures.

• Managing daily store operations and driving performance to meet sales targets and KPIs.

• Leading and inspiring the store team to achieve productivity goals.
• Executing visual merchandising standards and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Ensuring efficient use of omnichannel tools to support customer engagement and digital sales integration.
