Job summary

Apparel Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Store Manager responsible for leading retail staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales. You will support the Store Manager, ensure operations comply with company policies, and take end-to-end store responsibility in their absence.

You will keep up-to-date product knowledge, oversee scheduling and VM standards, promote loyalty programs, and provide feedback to the Store Manager and Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing retail staff and ensuring high service standards.
• Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising abilities.
• Ability to oversee store operations, scheduling, and security.
• Excellent communication with store, area managers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to retail staff to ensure top customer service and sales.
• Assist Store Manager in profitable store operations following company policies.
• Oversee end-to-end store activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to maximize repeat business.
• Provide feedback to Store/Area Manager about staff and product performance.
• Maintain VM standards and ensure accurate stock and loss prevention.
• Manage daily roaster, leave, and grievances of retail staff.
• Ensure awareness of store security and brand policy compliance.
