Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee the activities of multiple stores and drive performance across locations in Saudi Arabia.

You will recruit, hire and train store staff, ensure exceptional customer service, enforce SOPs, monitor visual merchandising, inventory movement and in-store standards, and report to Retail Operations leadership to maximize sales and brand experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple retail stores across locations.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of Visual Merchandising standards and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quantitative performance measures across stores.
• Set store sales targets to maximize profitability.
• Maintain customer service standards and coach staff.
• Adhere to SOPs and loss prevention guidelines in all stores.
• Oversee Visual Merchandising execution at all stores.

• Communicate business drivers and merchandising needs to Retail Ops and Corporate Office.
