Job summary

Apparel Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple stores within an assigned area, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. You will develop store teams, manage inventory, promotions, and ensure compliance with company standards across the region.

The role requires strategic market analysis, financial acumen, and effective communication with senior management and Brand teams to optimize store performance and implement marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in retail management
• 2-3 years in multi-store management such as Area/District Manager
• Experience in fashion or related retail sectors

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the assigned area.
• Ensure stores adhere to company standards and SOPs, including opening/closing procedures.
• Coach store managers, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Monitor loss prevention and ensure compliance with financial controls.
• Interpret and apply visual standards and marketing strategies in stores.
• Communicate with Brand Teams to implement business and marketing strategies.
