Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive per-store targets, monitor performance, and approve action plans to improve topline and gross margin. You will coordinate with Area Sales Managers, Buying, and Marketing to ensure timely execution of promotions and stock planning, while maintaining strong data-driven decision making.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, fluency in English, and solid Excel skills to manage weekly and monthly targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up targets by segments of key customers and monitor performance vs targets.
• Approve action plans to improve store topline and gross margin.
• Organize pre-buying and post-buying sessions with the buying team.
• Provide data and comments to Regional Marketing on promotions and in-store activities.
• Coordinate with store network and back-office for smooth execution of activities.
