Job summary

Whitecollars in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and manage inventory. You will develop and deliver training programs for in-store staff and ensure top-tier customer service.

The role requires strong English communication, 3+ years in retail management, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotions to maximize performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail management or a similar role.
• Experience delivering staff training and coaching.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling and inventory control.
• Drive sales by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies.
• Maintain product knowledge and optimize merchandising, pricing and promotions.
• Foster positive customer relationships and resolve complaints.
• Develop and deliver training programs for in-store staff and collaborate with other departments.
