Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a Luxury Tech Consultant responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience; support CRM, CX and other customer initiatives in-store.

You will build relationships with store teams, monitor performance, coach experts, ensure stock levels, and uphold excellent customer service. The role offers opportunities within Chalhoub's luxury retail network and internal mobility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous Experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewlery, Accessories, Technology

Responsibilities

• Store level sell out target accountability.
• Build category manager relationships at store level.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target
• Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities
• Improvement of individual Expert performance and skills.
• Ensure in store stock in appropriate level in the assigned stores.
• Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results
• Address and resolve any performance issues
• Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service
