Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management. You will partner with business leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decisions across retail, supply chain and brand teams.

The role emphasizes strong financial modelling, Excel and BI skills, and rigorous controls. Candidates with experience in luxury retail or FMCG will be valued as we drive demand, profitability and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Proficient in P&L, margin analysis and cost management.
• Commercial acumen and executive communication capability.
• Retail, luxury, fashion or FMCG experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Own monthly performance reviews, including sales, margin, expenses and cash flow.
• Present financial insights and recommended actions to senior leadership.
• Partner with commercial, retail, supply chain and brand teams on targets.
• Strengthen reporting, planning processes, data quality and automation.
• Ensure alignment with financial controls and planning timelines.
