Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Riyadh is seeking a Store Manager to maximise commercial performance and deliver exceptional Guest Experience. You will drive employee engagement, eNPS, and CX strategies while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a premium luxury retail environment.

You will lead a retail team, coach staff, and coordinate with back-office operations to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences, promotions, and guest services, upholding Chalhoub Group standards and brand image.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration or management.
• 3–5 years in retail shops management, preferably luxury brands.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store CX initiatives and guest experience.
• Plan succession and nurture talent through coaching.
• Oversee store operations, SOP adherence, schedules, and commissions.
• Promote loyalty programs and omnichannel services.
• Ensure data capture for marketing and customer insights.
• Support back-office operations and click-and-collect SLAs.
• Increase store revenue and monitor sell-through at full price.
