Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in a management and/or supervisory role within the leisure sector.
• Ability to meet financial targets.
• Willingness to develop team members and self.

Responsibilities

• Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements.
• Encourage and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Observe activity and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
