AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking an OCC Liaison Officer to serve as the primary communications link between the Operations Control Centre and all stakeholders during the metro project's O&M phase. You will ensure smooth information flow, timely operational support, and coordinated actions across teams and contractors in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Transport Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in control room operations, preferably in metro/rail systems.
• Strong understanding of OCC operations and workflows.
• Experience in incident management and real-time operational coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in high-pressure and time-sensitive environments.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with operational procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication channel between OCC and stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless exchange of operational information.
• Coordinate real-time updates, service adjustments, and instructions.
• Support OCC in handling incidents, service disruptions, emergencies.
