The role requires 5+ years in transportation management systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with dispatch and incident-tracking tools. You’ll operate in a 24/7 environment, coordinating with O&M teams and contractors to uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Traffic Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse teams in high-pressure settings.
• Familiarity with control center technologies and incident tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TCC with operations to ensure traffic management and continuity.
• Liaise on incident response, ensuring timely communication and resolutions.
• Support real-time monitoring, dispatch coordination, and ops decisions.
• Ensure accurate information flow between control center and field teams.
• Assist in developing and implementing incident management protocols.
• Collaborate with O&M Contractors and technical teams to align priorities and safety standards.
