AtkinsRéalis is seeking an OCC Liaison Officer in Riyadh to bridge Operations Control Centre with field teams during metro O&M. You’ll coordinate real-time information, incidents, and service changes while ensuring accurate communications across contractors and technical groups.

The role requires a bachelor's in operations/transport management with 5+ years in control room ops, strong OCC knowledge, and excellent communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Transport Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in control room operations, preferably metro/rail.
• Strong understanding of OCC operations and real-time workflows.
• Experience in incident management and real-time operational coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication channel between OCC and stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless exchange of operational information in real time.
• Coordinate real-time updates, service adjustments, and instructions.
• Support OCC in handling incidents, service disruptions, and emergencies.
• Disseminate timely alerts, data, and instructions to field teams.
• Maintain structured communication protocols for routine and emergency ops.
• Facilitate coordination between OCC, O&M Contractors and technical teams.
• Monitor information flow for accuracy and timeliness; support reviews.
