Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an OCC Liaison Officer in Riyadh to serve as the main communication bridge between the Operations Control Centre and stakeholders during the metro project's O&M phase. You will manage real-time information flow, support incident response, and align OCC operations with field activities.

The role requires strong coordination, experience in control room operations, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Transport Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in control room operations, preferably in metro/rail systems.
• Strong understanding of OCC operations and workflows.
• Experience in incident management and real-time operational coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication channel between OCC and all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless and efficient exchange of operational information.
• Coordinate real-time updates, service adjustments, and operational instructions.
• Support OCC in handling incidents, service disruptions, and emergency situations.
• Ensure timely dissemination of alerts, operational data, and instructions to field teams.
• Maintain structured communication protocols for routine and emergency operations.
• Facilitate coordination between OCC, O&M Contractors, and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment of operational priorities across all stakeholders.
• Monitor information flow to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in operational reporting, coordination meetings, and reviews.
