Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a TCC Liaison Officer in Saudi Arabia to ensure smooth coordination between the Transportation Control Centre and operations during the metro project's O&M phase. You will support real-time monitoring, incident response, dispatch coordination, and decision-making with various teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in transportation or related fields and at least five years in transportation management systems, preferably metro environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Traffic Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation management systems, preferably metro/urban rail.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for high-pressure, real-time settings.
• Familiarity with control center technologies, dispatch systems, and incident tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination between TCC and operational teams to ensure efficient traffic management.
• Act as primary liaison for incident response, ensuring timely communication and resolution of service disruptions.
• Support real-time monitoring, dispatch coordination, and operational decision-making.
• Ensure accurate information flow between control center personnel and field teams.
