Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Real Estate and Contracts Follow-up Coordinator to join our team in Ad Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, central to supporting our company's growth by managing our portfolio of property leases and commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire administrative lifecycle of our contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across all our real estate and supplier engagements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the strong operational foundation that allows our business to flourish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and maintain the company’s portfolio of real estate leases for retail outlets and other properties.
  • Track critical dates such as lease expirations, renewal deadlines, and rent reviews, providing timely notifications to management.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for liaising with landlords, property managers, and external legal counsel on lease-related matters.
  • Oversee the administration of all commercial contracts, including those with suppliers, service providers, and event partners.
  • Monitor the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or termination, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain a centralised and organised digital and physical filing system for all legal documents, contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of contract drafts, amendments, and related correspondence.
  • Generate regular status reports for senior management on the real estate and contract portfolio.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and local regulations.
