Job summary

Amazon seeks a Team Lead for UFG UTR operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role entails daily management of end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or several sites, guiding a team to meet customer-facing targets while maintaining safety and morale.

You will drive performance through coaching, training, and close collaboration with merchants to enhance processes. This position requires English fluency and a Bachelor’s degree, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily and stand in for Area Manager.

We're seeking a Team lead for UFG UTR operations in KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing, on a daily basis, end to end UTR operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations:

Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining operational / quality targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.

Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for the pickers.

Working closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.

Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.

Stand-in for Area Manager.
