Afaq Q Tech General Trading - G11 in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Lead to help design and launch new business models across AMET as part of Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF). You will lead Store Operations, ensure policy adherence, coach associates, and drive safety, productivity, and quality to exceed expectations.

We are looking to hire an Operations Executive in KSA to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, run Store Operations. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates performance – including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. Key job responsibilities

• We're seeking a Team lead for our Ultra Fast Grocery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Leading on L&D across Amazon Now KSA Darkstores.
• Driving continuous Improvement to day-to-day Operations.
• Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for a combination of small sites. Supervising Last mile operations
• Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of city topography and road network
