• Meeting customer facing metrics while maintaining safety, quality targets and team morale.
• Driving performance management and training plans for pickers.
• Collaborating with merchant stakeholders to improve operations and performance.
• Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily in stores.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
