Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking a Team Lead for UFG UTR operations in KSA. You will manage on a daily basis end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or multiple sites, supervising store operations and meeting customer-facing metrics.

You will drive performance management, prepare training plans for pickers, and collaborate with merchant stakeholders to improve processes while upholding safety and morale.

Qualifications

• Speak, write and read fluently in English.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or a combination of small sites.
• Lead store operations and meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining quality targets and safety.
• Drive performance management of team members and develop training plans for pickers.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to improve operations and attain sustained performance.
• Conduct 4M, 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
