Job summary

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, seeks a skilled Quality Document Controller to join our team for the Oil & Energy sector in Saudi Arabia. You will manage and control project documents, correspondence, records, and submissions to ensure accuracy and currency.

You will coordinate workflows among Client, PMC, designers, contractors, and operations, using systems like Aconex, Procore, and SharePoint to ensure timely handover of documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of document-control experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Certification in document-control or records-management is preferred.
• Relevant training in electronic document-management systems is an advantage.
• Experience with document-management platforms such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar systems.
• Experience with housing renovation, refurbishment, or building projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Client in managing and controlling project documents, correspondence, records, and submissions.
• Coordinate document workflows between Client, PMC, designers, contractors, operations, and other stakeholders.
