Job summary

Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance across energy, construction, and engineering projects.

You will implement document control processes, manage the Document Management System, and coordinate with field teams to ensure timely distribution and archiving of drawings and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (4-year)
• 10+ years as Document Controller or Document Administration
• Good oral and written English communications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize document-related tasks

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain the Document Management System
• Manage all document flows (electronic and paper)
• Ensure established document numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving
• Process incoming and outgoing documentation (registration, distribution, archiving)
• Coordinate maintenance activities documentation and data
• Ensure drawings/documents are identified, distributed, and filed
• Perform general document control tasks (photocopying, scanning, supplier document checks)
• Monitor technical documents review and approval per schedule
• Establish and maintain the Master Document Register with field maintenance team
