Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia seeks a Supply Chain Lead for the Public Sector to act as the primary operational liaison between Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia, NUPCO, MOH and 3PL providers. This role drives end-to-end customer fulfillment, streamlines order-to-cash processes, and builds strong, direct relationships with key public stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A BSc degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in supply chain, order fulfilment, or logistics in healthcare.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia's healthcare ecosystem is essential.
• Direct experience with NUPCO, MOH procurement workflows, and SFDA is required.
• Strong people management, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary liaison between Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia, NUPCO and MOH.
• Lead tender fulfillment, coordination with MOH Sales, and governance for S&OP.
• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle for tenders and purchase orders.
• Monitor OTIF delivery with 3PL and MOH/ NUPCO staff, resolving bottlenecks.
• Drive KPI-driven decision making with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Roche in operational forums and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
