Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of progressive experience in procurement and supply-chain management.
• Experience with sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Experience within healthcare, construction/facilities, or large project/startup environments preferred.
• Vendor and contract risk ownership and procurement-controls experience.
• Knowledge of Saudi procurement regulations and operating within shared-services/SLA-based models.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain procurement plan aligned with startup priorities, activation milestones and budget.
• Forecast demand and lead times; sequence sourcing activities for Day-1 and scale-up needs.
• Lead sourcing, tendering and competitive evaluation processes with fairness and auditability.
• Negotiate and structure contracts, service agreements and framework arrangements.
• Maintain contract register, renewals, expiries and obligation tracking.
• Establish supplier relationships, onboarding, qualification and KPI/SLA monitoring.
• Own vendor risk management, remediation when performance falls short.
• Establish supply-chain and inventory processes for medical and non-medical supplies.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing and distribution arrangements as required.
• Implement procurement policies, controls and risk registers; ensure regulatory compliance.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management

Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent)

Master's degree (preferred)
