Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to drive end-to-end customer fulfillment for public sector accounts, including NUPCO and MOH. You will streamline O2C, manage tenders, and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery and performance metrics.

The role demands strategic collaboration with Sales MOH, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Saudi healthcare procurement.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in SCM, Logistics, IE, MBA, or related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain/logistics in healthcare within Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with NUPCO, MOH procurement workflows, and SFDA.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and people management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Roche Saudi, NUPCO, MOH and 3PL.
• Lead tender fulfilment planning and delivery schedules.
• Represent Roche in operations forums and address bottlenecks.
• Partner with Sales MOH on tender governance.
• Lead Tender S&OP governance with MOH Sales.
• Ensure cross-functional KPI alignment and escalation.
• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle for tenders/POs.
• Track GRNs from NUPCO/MOH stores and labs.
• Manage portal operations (NUPCO platforms).
• Coordinate with 3PL for OTIF deliveries.
• Monitor delivery windows and penalties.
