Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Saudi Arabia seeks a logistics and finance coordination professional to resolve MOH and NUPCO receipt issues, manage ASNs in INUPCO, and ensure timely deliveries. You will collaborate with the Riyadh warehouse, field teams, and the CSR unit to place purchase orders in Oracle, monitor invoices, and support revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues with receipts, invoices, debit notes, and expiries with MOH medical supplies nationwide.
• Assist Bid Manager in creating ASN in INUPCO system and schedule appointments.
• Be present at deliveries to ensure receipt for goods from MOH and NUPCO warehouses.
• Visit medical supplies and NUPCO warehouses to follow up and facilitate deliveries.
• Take appointments from medical supplies to meet quarterly revenue targets for NUPCO tenders.
• Coordinate with area team, WH in Riyadh and operations to ensure smooth MOH orders and marketplace PO deliveries.
• Follow up on NUPCO files to ensure invoices are processed for payment.
• Maintain relationship with personnel receiving NUPCO shipments under new NUPCO operation.
• Understand new NUPCO requirements and lead fulfillment of shipments.
• Coordinate with Riyadh warehouse to put stickers on reagents.
• Know-how in distributing items to regions and manage inventory with CSR to place POs in Oracle.
• Develop strong customer relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts and identify opportunities to align business directions with Beckman Coulter as partner of choice.
• Assist Finance with collection-related issues.
• Perform other tasks, including collections and government-related duties as needed.
