Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Saudi Arabia is seeking a logistics and procurement specialist to resolve MOH and NUPCO-related receipts, invoices, and expiries across the kingdom. You will manage ASN creation, appointment scheduling, and ensure deliveries are acknowledged by MOH and NUPCO warehouses.

You will collaborate with the Riyadh WH and area operations, support revenue targets, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and government partners, while ensuring accurate order

Responsibilities

• Resolve pending issues related to receipts, invoices, debit notes, and expiries with MOH medical supplies across the kingdom.
• Assist Bid Manager and team in creating ASN in INUPCO system and manage appointments.
• Be present at deliveries and ensure receipt is granted for goods from MOH and NUPCO warehouses.
• Visit medical supplies and NUPCO Warehouses to follow up and facilitate deliveries in territory.
• Take appointments from medical supplies to meet quarterly revenue targets for NUPCO tenders.
• Collaborate with area teams and coordinate with Riyadh WH and area operations to ensure smooth MOH orders and marketplace PO deliveries.
• Follow up on NUPCO files to ensure invoices are processed and ready for payments.
• Build strong relationships with people receiving NUPCO shipments under new NUPCO operation.
• Understand new NUPCO requirements and lead efforts to fulfill them.
• Coordinate with Riyadh warehouse to place stickers on reagents and manage regional item distribution and Oracle PO placement.
• Develop strong customer relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts and identify opportunities to align Beckman Coulter as partner of choice.
• Assist the Finance function with collection-related issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned; assist in collections and other government-related tasks as needed.
