Job summary

AECOM is seeking a seasoned Project Reporting & Performance Monitoring specialist to join our team in Riyadh. You will develop reporting frameworks, create KPI dashboards in Power BI, and deliver executive summaries for major infrastructure programs.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale transportation or infrastructure projects, with experience in PMO environments and strong data analytics skills. Collaboration with engineers, procurement, and construction teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, data analytics, or related discipline.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, Power BI Certification, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate.
• 10+ years of experience on major rail, metro, transportation, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Experience preparing executive and client-level performance reports; PMO environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project reporting frameworks, templates, and governance processes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level project performance reports.
• Consolidate information from engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor project performance against baselines, milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
• Create and maintain management dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Develop project KPI scorecards and performance indicators.
• Analyze project data and identify trends, issues, and performance gaps.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to project leadership.
• Monitor risk, change, and issues; track mitigation actions and change requests.
• Coordinate reporting requirements with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
