Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager - Infrastructure Delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead complex multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes. You will own planning, budgets, schedules, risks, and client relationships, driving projects from definition through successful completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of project management experience in infrastructure, with PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
15+ years of professional project management experience in infrastructure.
PM certification such as PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Direct projects through planning, design, execution, monitoring, handover, and formal close-out.
Establish detailed project scopes, objectives, deliverables, budgets, schedules, resource requirements, and performance baselines.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate responsibilities across engineering, design, commercial, technical, and operational functions.
Monitor programme performance and intervene when cost, schedule, quality, or resource indicators move outside targets.
Analyze project data and implement corrective or recovery measures where performance requires improvement.
Maintain control of project scope and ensure changes follow established processes.
