Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a PMO reporting professional to strengthen visibility across major programs in Saudi Arabia. You will transform project data into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and stakeholders, enabling governance, performance tracking, and informed decisions.

Responsibilities include preparing reporting packages, tracking milestones, risks, and deadlines, coordinating inputs across teams, and supporting governance meetings with timely status updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience preparing project reporting and PMO reporting, including executive dashboards and program performance reporting.
• Strong ability to analyze project data, risks, and milestones accurately.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience in large-scale projects, PMO environments, and coordinating with stakeholders.
