Location: Jeddah – SWAT Technical Contracting Co.
We are looking for a proactive, positive, and socially intelligent professional who can manage project control tasks while also leading full interior design responsibilities—from concept creation to client meetings and site coordination.
Strong ability to use AI tools for design, reporting, and workflow enhancement is a major advantage.
🔹 Key Responsibilities – Project Control
- Track project timelines, lead times, and progress.
- Identify issues and delays early and report them clearly.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Follow up on drawings, materials, approvals, and documentation.
- Prepare weekly progress updates and action lists.
- Use AI tools to support documentation, reporting, and task tracking.
🔹 Key Responsibilities – Interior Design
- Create concepts, layouts, and mood boards (manual + AI-generated).
- Prepare drawings, materials, FF&E schedules, and design presentations.
- Meet clients to understand requirements and present design ideas.
- Source materials and finishes; coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure site execution matches approved designs.
- Manage design revisions and follow up until approval.
- Use AI design tools to enhance creativity and speed.
🔹 Candidate Profile
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Engineering.
- Positive, problem-solver, and high social intelligence.
- Strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in fit-out or interior design is an advantage.
- Ability to use AI platforms for design, planning, and workflow improvement.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction drawings.
