Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Business Development Manager for Processed Food, MENA, based in Riyadh. Drive account management, develop new business, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while coordinating with engineering, operations and commercial teams in the region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B business development, a degree in engineering/food science/chemistry, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel to meet clients and industry events will be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, food science or chemistry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, ideally B2B.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing new business.
• Strong understanding of Processed Food value chain and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Account Management – manage existing accounts and grow them.
• New Business Development – identify prospects, present proposals, close deals.
• Ensure EH&S policy compliance and safety standards.
• Travel as required to meet clients and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and solutions.
