Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Dairy segment in the MENA region, based in Riyadh. You will lead account management, pursue new business opportunities, and ensure alignment with EH&S policies while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to Dairy & Agri clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B development, strong market knowledge of Dairy & Agri, and willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in engineering, food science, chemistry or related sciences.
Minimum of 5 years in business development, ideally in B2B.
Proven track record of identifying and closing new B2B deals.
Strong understanding of Dairy & Agri value chain and market dynamics.
Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Account Management – manage existing accounts and drive organic growth.
New Business Development – target prospects, develop opportunities, present proposals.
Follow EHS policies and Responsible Care principles.
Report accidents and participate in EH&S matters.
Develop proposals and presentations for Dairy & Agri clients.
Manage sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
