Job summary

Solenis is seeking a seasoned technical sales professional to plan and execute sales activities across assigned accounts in the food & beverage sector. You will drive customer satisfaction by delivering technically sound proposals and reliable service.

Based in Jeddah, you will respond to inquiries, prepare and present contracts, monitor sales activities, and cultivate strong client relationships while tracking competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in the food & beverage industry
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Strong technical selling and contract-prep skills

Responsibilities

Make technical sales calls to new and existing clients
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Schedule sales activity, prepare sales action plans and strategies
Develop technical sales proposals
Prepare and present sales contracts
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development by analyzing competitor information and trends
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and quotations
Accomplishes department and organization goals by taking ownership for new requests; exploring opportunities to add value
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures
