Job summary

Dahua Technology MENA is seeking a pre-sales/solutions expert to support regional project sales. You will design technical solutions, conduct on-site tests, and train customers, in collaboration with local business development teams.

The role requires familiarity with video surveillance, networks, storage and servers, and strong English/Arabic communication. Based in Riyadh, the role focuses on Safe City and Intelligent Transportation solutions with hands-on solution promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in computer, communication, electronics, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the security industry, pre-sales and project support.
• Familiar with video surveillance products and solutions; understands network/storage/server.
• Experience with Safe City & Intelligent Transportation solutions is a plus.
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis and solution promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team to complete regional project sales tasks.
• For projects, collect requirements, design solutions, present, conduct on-site testing and training.
• Collaborate with BDM local teams to develop industry customers and explore project opportunities.
• Provide promotion, training and technical guidance on industry products to sales and DPP customers.
• Research industry market demand and competitors to develop regional industry solutions.
• Coordinate with sales on product promotion conferences, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Job description

• Assist sales team to complete regional project sales tasks;
• For specific projects, complete the requirements collection, solution design & presentation, on-site testing and training;
• Work with BDM local teams to develop industry market customers, explore project opportunities, follow up project progress and promote project landing;
• Promotion, training and technical guidance for industry-based products and solutions to internal sales and DPP customers;
• According to industry market demand collection and research, combined with competitor program analysis, develop regional industry solutions;
• Cooperate with salesmen, organize preparation and implementation of product-related promotion conferences, exhibitions, customer visits, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication, electronics, IT etc;
• At least 2 years experience in the security industry, pre-sales & project support experience
• Familiar with video surveillance products and related solutions, systematically understand network, storage, server, etc., can independently configure technical proposals, design technical solutions
• In possession with successful experience focused on Safe City & Intelligent Transportation solutions;
• Industry market research and analysis, competitor analysis experience, and promotion of industry product solutions;
• Good communication skills and persuasiveness, independent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Fluent English and Arabic both in reading, writing and speaking
