Job summary

Sautic for Information Technology in Saudi Arabia seeks a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer with 3–7 years in IT infrastructure solution design. You will support the sales team, conduct site surveys, and craft tailored solutions including CCTV layouts, RFID setups, cabling plans, and network architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Design for IT Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of CCTV systems, Networking, RFID and Access Control, Structured Cabling, and Software Integration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Visio, and documentation tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of IoT, AI-based video analytics, or cloud-based surveillance solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct site surveys to assess technical feasibility and gather project-related details.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and POCs to prospective clients.
• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions (CCTV layout, RFID setup, cabling plans, network architecture, etc.) as per client needs.
• Create BOM, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for solution design and validation.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, ensuring timely and technically accurate submissions.
• Support the post-sales team during the handover phase to ensure solution continuity.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends in IT infrastructure and security domains.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Pre‑Sales Engineer with experience in IT Infrastructure solutions including CCTV surveillance systems, networking, RFID, cabling, and software integration. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project handovers to the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct site surveys to assess technical feasibility and gather project‑related details.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) to prospective clients.
• Design end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions (CCTV layout, RFID setup, cabling plans, network architecture, etc.) as per client needs.
• Create Bill of Materials (BOM), technical proposals, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for solution design and validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3-7 years of experience in Pre‑Sales / Solution Design for IT Infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of:
• CCTV systems
• Networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, IP addressing)
• RFID and Access Control Systems
• Structured Cabling (CAT6, Fiber)
• Software Integration (VMS, Access Control, Asset Tracking, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Visio, and documentation tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and solution design abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vendor certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Hikvision / Dahua / Axis Certified, or RFID technology certifications.
• Experience in handling large‑scale infrastructure or surveillance projects.
• Knowledge of IoT, AI‑based video analytics, or cloud‑based surveillance solutions is an added advantage.
