Qualifications

• Avixa CTS Certification is preferred.

• Knowledge of control protocols like DALI, KNX, BACnet.
• Familiarity with industry standards (TIA, BICSI, NFPA) is a plus.

Seeking for talented, passined and experienced 3xNr presales engineers with Security, Saftey, Audio Visual, Automation, IOT and Integrated Solutions.

Description

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, provide technical insights, and help secure the "technical win" in the sales cycle.

Vendor Coordination: Interface with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain quotes, technical information, and stay updated on the latest products and marketplace directions.

Documentation & Handoff: Ensure all presales documentation is accurate for a seamless transition to the project implementation team.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Analyze client requirements from RFPs, RFIs, and site surveys to design cost-effective and technically compliant low current solutions.

Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical and financial proposals, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical compliance sheets, and scope of work documentation.

Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and lead discussions to showcase the value of proposed solutions and address client concerns.

Requirements

Technical Requirements :

B.Sc in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer/ Mechatronics Engineering.

Avixa CTS Certification is preferred.

Schneider Eco expert is preferred.

Proven experience in designing and estimating integrated systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Network Infrastructure, Audio-Visual, BMS, etc.).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales, technical support, or solution design role within the low current (ELV) and security systems industry.

Strong knowledge of relevant systems and technologies (IP networking, control protocols like DALI, KNX, BACnet, etc.).

Proficiency in design and drawing tools such as AutoCAD, MS Visio, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., TIA, BICSI, NFPA codes) is a plus.
